The Farmhouse, Self Catering Accommodation

The farmhouse self catering cottage

The Farm House, which was originally the stables for 13 cart horses and one stallion, was beautifully converted in 1987 and lies at the heart of the farm at Ardnacross. With sweeping views across the Sound of Mull and surrounding countryside, this spacious and immaculately furnished large holiday house is full of period charm; a real ‘home away from home’.

Comfortably sleeping 12, and with its own attractive walled garden, the accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and a bunk room and has two bathrooms and a downstairs shower room.

There is an open plan farm house kitchen/dining room with a gas Aga and an electric 4 ring hob, and the spacious drawing room boasts spectacular views down the sound of Mull for 40 miles to the hills above Oban. The cottage is well equipped and features exposed wooden floorboards, light airy rooms, and some beautiful pieces of period furniture throughout.

The whole Farm House is centrally heated and with a ready supply of hot water. All bed linen is provided, and well-behaved dogs are welcome.
